Framingham, Mass. – Junior attack Hannah Guerin (Cumberland, RI), junior midfielder Regan Fein (North Attleboro, Mass.) and sophomore defender Maggie Grout (West Springfield, Mass.) have been selected to the 2023 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women’s Lacrosse All-MASCAC First Team, while junior midfielder Rachel Erickson has been selected to the second team in voting conducted by the league’s coaches.
