Men’s Cross Country Places 32nd at Earley Invitational

Westfield, Mass. – Framingham State University men's cross country team placed 32nd at the 2014 James Earley Invitational Saturday afternoon hosted by Westfield State.

Sophmores Dan Stevens (Holliston, Mass) and Richard Wertz (South Easton, Mass) led the Rams posting times of 29:34.79 (187th) and 29:41.47 (195th), respectively.

Eric Kelley crossed the line at 37:05.47 (358th) with Jay Ebersole (Natick, Mass) crossing at 38:17.81 (369th). Thomas Rainsford (Holliston, Mass) crossed the tape after 41:06.02 (381st) and Johnny Trocchi (Watertown, Mass) rounded out the Rams competitors at the 49:32.74 (387th) mark. 

Framingham State placed 32 of 37 teams with an average time of 35:09.32. The Rams will return to action on Saturday, October 18th when they travel to the WNE Cross Country Invitational.
