2024-2025 Varsity Athletics Preparticipation Paperwork
If you are interested in playing a varsity sport at Framingham State University during the 2024-2025 academic year, there are multiple forms required prior to participation.
The 2024-2025 pre-participation paperwork can be found and submitted through Front Rush. In order to obtain a front rush account, all student-athletes should reach out to their sports respective head coach. Once a coach has activated a student-athlete on their 2024-25 roster list, an auto-generated email from Front Rush will be sent to the student to set up their front rush account. Once the account is created, student-athletes will have access to the required forms. Please be patient as it will take some time for the email to be sent once a student is added to a roster.
NCAA Compliance forms will be available after August 1st. All other forms are available in Front Rush on July 1st.
Starting with the Academic Year 24-25, students will not be able to move into the residence halls or participate in pre-semester training or work activities unless they are registered full-time (3 courses) for classes. The deadlines for completing registration (paperwork and payment plan) are as follows:
August 1: Fall Student Athletes, Orientation Leaders, Resident Assistants, Security Desk Attendants and other early arrivals - Fall athletes (Football, Women's and Men's Soccer, Field Hockey, Women's and Men's Cross Country and Volleyball) will need to have all paperwork completed to being cleared to move into their housing assignment or participating in any capacity with their respective team during preseason.
August 15: Resident Students including winter and spring athletes - registered full-time and have a payment plan. Winter and spring sport resident student-athletes will need to have all Athletic paperwork submitted by September 1st.
Non-resident winter sports (Women's and Men's Basketball, Women's and Men's Ice Hockey) and spring (Lacrosse, Baseball, Softball, Women's Track and Field) athletes will need to turn in athletic paperwork by September 1st.
