Volleyball Closes Regular Season with 3-0 Victory over Salem State

Framingham, Mass. - The Framingham State University volleyball team closed the regular season with a 3-0 victory over Salem State University in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) action this afternoon at Logan Gymnasium.   

THE BASICS: 

-Scores:  Framingham State 3, Salem State 0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-12) 

-Records: Framingham State (12-15, 4-3 MASCAC), Salem State (2-24, 0-7 MASCAC) 

- Location: Logan Gymnasium Framingham, Mass.  

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams defeated the Vikings in straight sets by scores of 25-17, 25-15 and 25-12. 

  • The Rams were once again led on the attack by Natalie Reynolds who tallied 17 kills in the match. Reynolds committed just one error on her 35 attempts for a .457 attack percentage. 

  • Jamie Moniz chipped in with nine kills and three blocks, while Sarah Medieros finished the match with five kills.

The Rams are back in action on Tuesday in an opening round game of the 2024 MASCAC Volleyball Championship.
