Volleyball Opens Season with 3-0 Setback at Johnson & Wales

Providence, RI – The Framingham State University volleyball team opened the 2024 season on the road this evening and were defeated 3-0 by host Johnson and Wales at the Wildcat Center.  Gymnasium.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

•  The Rams were defeated in straight sets by scores of 25-20, 25-13 and 25-21. 

• The Rams were paced by a tam high seven kills from Jaimee Lowe, while Hope Verhoeven added five kills and four digs. 

• Stella Bailey chipped in with 19 set assists and an ace to go along with eight digs, while Mackenzie Heaney added seven digs.
