Keene, NH – The Keene State Owls secured a 4-0 victory over Framingham State on Wednesday evening at Ron Butcher Field. Emily O'Connell was a standout for the home team, assisting on all four goals.

HOW IT HAPPENED: 

  • Keene State struck first early in the match at 7:02, with Riley Devine scoring her first goal of the season, assisted by Emily O'Connell. 

  • At 28:32, Joclynn Tyler doubled Keene State's lead, assisted by both Emily O'Connell and Elizabeth Tschudin. 

  • Just before halftime at 37:47, Elise Saab extended the lead to 3-0, with another assist from O'Connell. 

  • Elizabeth Tschudin added the fourth and final goal at 53:02, again assisted by O'Connell. 

 

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: 

  • Shots: Keene State dominated the attack with 27 shots (12 on goal), while Framingham State managed 6 shots (3 on goal). 

  • Saves: Framingham State goalkeeper Madison Magone made 8 saves despite the defeat. Keene State's Riley Andriski stopped all 3 shots she faced for the clean sheet. 

  • Corner Kicks: Keene State earned 9 corner kicks compared to Framingham State's 4.
