Greene Chosen MASCAC Women's Basketball Rookie of the Year - Haselton Earns All-MASCAC Honors

Framingham, MA – First year forward Faith Greene (Worcester, Mass.) has been selected the 2024-25 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Rookie of the Year, while senior guard Katherine Haselton (Greenfield, Mass.) has been selected All-MASCAC Second Team. 

Greene, a junior academically, earned Rookie of the Year honors after an outstanding first season with the Rams.  Greene averaged a double-double of 13 points and 10.9 rebounds per game, both of which ranked in the top ten in the MASCAC this season.   

Haselton earns second team honors after an impressive final season with the Rams.  Haselton averaged 15.6 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. Haselton finished the season ranked second in the MASCAC in three-point shooting percentage (36.0%) and assists per game (4.5), fifth in scoring and ninth in steals per game. 

The 2024-25 Rams finished the season 14-10 overall and 6-4 in league action. The Rams earned the second seed in the MASCAC Tournament advancing to the finals where they were defeated by tournament champion Bridgewater State.
