Women's Basketball Rallies for 75-66 Victory over Salem State

Salem, Mass. - The Framingham State University women's basketball team secured a 75-66 victory over Salem State University this evening in Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) action at Twohig Gymnasium.

-Records: Framingham State (8-7, 1-2 MASCAC), Salem State (7-9, 1-1 MASCAC)

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams were led by 13 points apiece from Katherine Haselton and Chloe Rayko. Haselton added five rebounds and eight assists, while Rayko connected on 3-of-5 from behind the arc. 

  • Faith Greene chipped in with 12 points on 6-of-17 from the floor and added eight rebounds, three steals and a pair of blocks. 

  • Gabriella Redford came off the bench to chip in with 12 points, two rebounds and an assist. 

  • Abigail Martin just missed a double double as she tallied eight points with a team-best 14 rebounds to go along with six assists, a steal and a block, while Jacqueline Schels finished the night with nine points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals.
