Waltham, Mass. - The Framingham State University women's basketball team opened the 2024-25 season this evening with a 74-58 loss to host Brandeis University at the Brandeis Invitational.

The Rams saw a trio of players tally double figures led by a team-high 17 points from Katherine Haselton. Haselton connected on 7-of-21 from the floor and added 10 boards and five assists.

Faith Greene chipped in with 13 points and just missed a double double as she grabbed nine boards in the game.

Abigail Martin tallied 11 points on 4-of-6 from the floor and added five rebounds. Michelle Moreno and Brodie Gannon finished the game with six points apiece.

The Rams shot 35% from the floor in the game and 30% from behind the arc, while the Judges shot 46% from the floor and 38% from behind the arc.
