Faria Selected MASCAC Men’s Soccer Player of the Week
Framingham, Mass. - Junior midfielder Scott Faria (Fall River, Mass.) was selected the Massachusetts State College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Soccer Player of the week for the week ending October 31st. This is Silva's first player of the week honors in 2009.
Faria netted three goals including both game winners in a 2-0 week for the Rams. Faria scored the deciding tally in a 3-2 overtime triumph over Clark University on Wednesday and then finished the week with a pair of goals in the Rams 3-2 win over Fitchburg State that secured the three seed for the Rams in the conference tournament..
