Buban Selected MASCAC Women’s Cross Country Rookie of the Week

Framingham, MA – Freshman Kate Buban (Wrentham, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Cross Country Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 3rd. 

In her first collegiate race, Buban finished in second place at the 2023 Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational. Buban completed the 5K course with a time of 21:00.2 which was just 10 seconds behind the race winner.
