Thomas Named MASCAC Rookie of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Brandee Thomas (North Kingstown, RI) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the week ending October 21^st.          

Thomas earns her eighth straight Rookie of the Week honor after averaging 16.5 kills and 2.8 digs with a .400 attack percentage in a 1-3 week for the Rams. She tallied 16 kills with a .652 hitting percentage in a win over Mass. Maritime. She followed that up with a 22 kill and four dig performance in a five set loss to St. Joseph's (ME). She closed the week with 15 and 13 kills in setbacks to Emerson and Connecticut College.
