Thomas Earns MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week Honors

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Brandee Thomas (North Kingstown, RI) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the week ending October 9^th.         

Thomas earns her sixth straight Rookie of the Week honor after averaging 10 kills with three digs and three blocks in a 3-1 week for the Rams.  She registered 15 kills, a dig and a block in the Rams three set victory over Suffolk University and added 11 kills and two digs in a win over Mount Holyoke.  She finished the week with nine kills and a .227 hitting percentage in a win over St. Joseph's (CT).
