Thomas Tabbed MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Brandee Thomas (North Kingstown, RI) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 30^th.         

Thomas earns her fifth straight Rookie of the Week honor after averaging 10.5 kills and two digs with a .211 attack percentage in a 3-1 week for the Rams.  Thomas tallied 11 kills with a .500 attack percentage in a 3-0 win over Dean College. She netted eight kills and four digs in a loss to MASCAC rival Salem State.  Thomas closed the week with 12 kills, two digs and two blocks in a 3-0 win over New England College and tallied 11 kills in a win over Curry.
