Brinkman Earns Third Straight MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week Honor

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Kelly Brinkman (Gardiner, NY) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the week ending September 16^th.          

Brinkman earns her third straight rookie of the week honor after averaging 9.3 kills and 3.8 digs in a 2-2 week for the Rams.  She recorded 18 kills and six digs with a .244 hitting percentage in a 3-2 victory over MASCAC rival MCLA.  Brinkman registered nine kills and four digs in a win over Elms and added 10 kills and five digs in a tri-match with Western New England and Colby-Sawyer.
