Three Rams Named to All-MASCAC Volleyball Second Team

Buzzards Bay, Mass.  — The Framingham State University volleyball team placed three players on the 2010 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball All-Conference Second Team in voting conducted by the conference's seven coaches.  Jessi Goode (Marston Mills, Mass.), Maribeth Martin (Marston Mills, Mass.) and Andressa Fernandes (Framingham, Mass.) all received second-team honors.      

Goode, a senior libero, receives second team honors for the second straight season as she led the Rams in digs averaging 4.7 per game.  Martin and Fernandes, both freshmen, earn all-conference honors after having solid rookie seasons.  Martin led the Rams in assists and aces, while Fernandes averaged 2.1 kills per game.
