DeSouza Named MASCAC Women’s Soccer Co-Player of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman forward Isabela DeSouza (Framingham, Mass.) was named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) women's soccer Co-Player of the Week for the week ending October 22^nd.  DeSouza shares Player of the Week honors with Salem State senior goalkeeper Leah Potcner.    

DeSouza earns her first player of the week after netting a pair of goals and two assists, including the assist on the game-winner, in a 5-4 victory over Fitchburg State.  DeSouza leads the Rams in scoring this season with 12 goals and three assists for 27 points.
