O’Connor Named MASCAC Player & Rookie of the Week
Framingham, Mass.- Framingham State freshman Flannery O'Connor (Amesbury, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Player & Rookie of the Week for the week ending February 9th.
O'Connor scored a team-high 27 points on 12-of-17 (70.6%) shooting from the floor with 10 rebounds, two steals and three blocks in the Rams' 71-64 win over Worcester State to remain undefeated in MASCAC play. This is seventh time this season O'Connor was named MASCAC Rookie of the Week.
