Framingham, Mass. – Senior guard Kristen Hoffman (Foxboro, Mass.) has been tabbed as a first team all-conference performer, while freshman forward Alycia Rackliffe (Feeding Hills, Mass.) has earned second team All-MASCAC honors and been named the 2014 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Rookie of the Year in voting conducted by the league's coaches and announced by the conference office this morning.

Hoffman grabs her first All-MASCAC honors after an outstanding senior season where she surpassed the 1,000 point milestone and became the second all-time leading scorer in Framingham State women's basketball history.  Hoffman averaged 14.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 3.2 steals a game for the Rams this season with three double doubles in leading the Rams to a share of the 2014 MASCAC women's basketball regular season title.

Rackliffe, who was also named the MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Year in the fall after an outstanding freshman volleyball campaign, earned MASCAC Rookie of the Week honors five times during her rookie season in which she was limited to seeing action in just 14 regular season games, all during the second semester.  Rackliffe averaged just shy of a double double on the year averaging 13.6 points and 9.1 boards and also recorded 2.6 blocks per game.
