Rachel enters her first season as the pitching coach at Framingham State.

Allen attended Division II Franklin Pierce University where she spent four seasons on the Raven’s pitching staff and was named captain her senior year. After graduating, Allen spent one season coaching at Scituate High School in Scituate, Mass.

The Hull native earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Social Work. She currently works as an Officer in the Law Enforcement Unit at the Federal Reserve in Boston and is pursuing a master's degree in business administration.
