In the day's second game, the Rams once again plated three runs in their final at bat to pick up the victory. Trailing 6-5 heading into the bottom of the sixth, Marsh scored on a wild pitch to tie the game and senior Andrea Smith (Milford, Mass.) delivered the game winning hit, a double down the leftfield line just inside the foul line that scored a pair.

Agostini went 3-for-3 in the game with two RBI, while Marsh picked up a pair of hits and scored four runs.  Junior Kelly Naegelin (Scituate, Mass.) picked up the victory tossing an inning of relief, while starter Alex Ferri (Winthrop, Mass.) earned the save after reentering the game and tossing a scoreless seventh.

In the day's final game, the Colonials were able to push across the game's only run on a miscue in the Framingham infield in the eighth inning after Smith and Allie Sabith were locked in a pitcher's duel through regulation.  Smith suffered the loss allowing the one unearned run and scattering four hits with four strikeouts, while Sabith tossed eight scoreless innings and surrendered just two hits while fanning 12 with a walk.
