Men’s Soccer Lands Five on All-MASCAC Teams

Framingham, Mass.- The Framingham State men's soccer team has placed five student-athletes on the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Soccer All-Conference Teams as voted on by coaches around the league. Kunphel Sinha (Darjeeling, India) and Sherak Ayamga (Tuma, Ghana) have been chosen for the first team and Jared Nardizzi (Framingham, Mass.), Bryce Borletto-McCray (Chelmsford, Mass) and Cameron Lau (Swampscott, Mass.) join their teammates on the second team.  

Sinha was the Rams leader in points this season with four goals and five assists for 13 points including two game winning goals. Ayamga registered four goals and two assists on the season leading the Rams with 45 shots. 

Nardizzi was a mainstay in the midfield for the Rams joined by Borletto-McCray and Lau in the backfield. Borletto-McCray picked up two assists on the season while Lau added four helpers all while helping the Rams keep conference opponents to three goals in the seven regular season games.  

The Rams saw their season close with an overall record of 8-12-1, a MASCAC record of 6-1 and were the 2021 MASCAC Tournament Runner-up.
