Framingham, Mass. - The Plymouth State men's ice hockey team skated to a 3-0 victory over the Framingham State University Rams Saturday evening at Loring Arena. With the win the Panthers improve to 14-5-2 and 12-1-1 in the MASCAC. The Rams are now 2-20 and 1-14 in league play.

The visitors doubled their lead early in the second frame when Chris Zuccaro (Hudson, NH) scored on a short-handed breakaway with a helper from Tord Thoresen (Oppegard, Norway).

The Rams had a chance to cut the margin in half with just over seven minutes to play in regulation when Tyler Colacchio (Bellingham, Mass.) had a breakaway attempt but the Panthers goalie made a great sprawling stop to keep the Rams scoreless.

The Panthers once again found the back of the net with less than five minutes to play in regulation when Riley Flanagan (Weymouth, Mass.) deflected a long strike in front from Larocque with Tomy Dowell (Olathe, KS) also assisting.
