Framingham, Mass. – Senior goalie Nick Cafrelli (San Jose, Calif.)  and junior forward Brendan McCarron (Millbury, Mass.) have been named to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Ice Hockey All-Conference team and head coach T.J. Brown has been named the Champion's Choice Coach of the Year in voting conducted by league's coaches.

In his fifth season Brown guided the Rams to a 10-10-4 overall mark during the regular season and an 8-7-3 record in the MASCAC which were both a vast improvement from a year ago when the Rams finished with just two victories overall and were winless in the conference.  He guided the Rams to their highest win total since the 2003-04 Rams went 12-11-2 and led the squad to their first post season appearance since 2005.  The Rams made their first MASCAC Tournament appearance where they earned the fourth seed and hosted a quarterfinal match-up.

Cafrelli earns first team honors for the Rams after collecting a pair of MASCAC Goalie of the Week honors this season.  Cafrelli saw action in 22 games with a 9-10-3 record, a .915 save percentage and a 3.32 goals against average.

McCarron grabs second team honors after tallying 25 points on the year.  McCarron scored a team-best 15 goals including eight on the power play with a pair of game-winners to go along with 10 assists.
