Men’s Basketball Battles Central Connecticut in an Exhibition Game

New Britain, Conn. - The Framingham State University men's basketball team squared off against Division I Central Connecticut this evening in an exhibition game at Detrick Gymnasium with Central Connecticut coming away with a 99-42 victory.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams were paced by eight points from Adonis Vashon who connected on 2-of-9 from the field. 

  • Jonathan Noel and Tyrell Staples-Santos chopped in with six points apiece. Noel added six boards, while Staples-Santos grabbed seven. 

  • The Rams shot 23% from the floor in the game, while Central Connecticut connected on 52% of their offerings.

The Rams are back in action Thursday when they travel to Elms at 7 p.m.
