Men's Basketball Falls to Fisher 73-65

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: 

• The Rams were led by 15 points and five rebounds from Keith Hollman, while Javaris Hill connected on 6-of-9 from the floor for 13 points to go along with four boards, two steals and two blocks. 

• Jalen Bruce tallied 12 points off the bench for the Rams and added four rebounds and seven assists. 

• Jahden Erold was the fourth Ram in double figures with 11 points, while Mitchgell Merizier tallied seven. 

• The Falcons were led by a game-high 20 points on 8-of-13 from the floor from Ke'Andre Penceal. 

• Josiah Patton chipped in with 18 points on 5-of-7 from the floor including 3-of-3 from behind the arc. He added four rebounds, three assists and five steals in the contest. 

• In the first half, Fisher jumped out to a 15-2 lead just under five minutes into the game and led by as many as 16 points midway through the frame. 

•  The Rams chipped away at the lead and pulled within seven, 24-17, on a Brett Okundaye jumper with 7:29 remaining. 

• Fisher pushed the lead back to double figures before the Rams cut it to six on a pair of occasions including on a Bruce jumper with 3:12 left in the half. 

• The Falcons closed the half with a 10-3 run taking a 39-26 lead at the half. 

• The Rams started the second half with a 16-6 run capped by a Hollman bucket to pull within three, 45-42, with 11:54 on the clock. 

• Three was as close as the Rams would get as the Falcons used a run to push the lead back to double digits, 57-47, with 8:45 remaining. 

• The Falcons led by as many as 11 in the second half en route to victory.
