Hartwell to Run Boston Marathon to Support Boston Children's Hospital

Framingham, Mass.- Leah Hartwell, the head field hockey coach at Framingham State University will be running the 2015 Boston Marathon with the Boston Children's Hospital team.

Hartwell's sister was born with an extremely rare connective tissue disorder called Loeys-Dietz Syndrome. Due to all of her complications growing up, and still to this day, Children's Hospital has become a "second home" to Hartwell's family.

Leah has set a goal to raise $5,500 to help in continuing the research to find cures of these terrible diseases that kids face every day.
