Harris Named MASCAC Defensive Player of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Senior defensive back Jaquan Harris (Boston, Mass.) has been selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Defensive Player of the Week for the week of September 16^th.

Harris earns his first defensive player of the week honor after recording two tackles, including one for a loss, a fumble recovery with a return of three yards and two interceptions returned for 62 yards.  Harris' second interception came on the Rams five yard like with just over a minute remaining that halted a potential game-tying drive by the Bears in the Rams 19-13 victory over Bridgewater State.  Harris also recorded three pass breakups in the victory.
