Football Places Five on ECAC North All-Star Teams

Framingham, Mass. – The 2013 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Football Champion Framingham State University Rams placed five players on the 2013 Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III North All-Star Teams. 

Earning first teams honors on the defensive side of the ball was senior linebacker Pat McGrath (Everett, Mass.), while senior running back Melikke Van Alstyne (Salem, Mass.) and senior offensive lineman Aaron Ferreira (Methuen, Mass.) grabbed first team honors on the offensive side of the ball.

Junior defensive back Kevin Donahue (Norfolk, Mass.) and senior defensive end Chevere Archer (Lynn, Mass.) landed on the ECAC North Second Team.

The 2013 Rams finished the season 9-2 and were the champions of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) in the inaugural season of MASCAC football. The Rams made their second straight appearance in the NCAA Division III Football Championship after earning an at-large bid.
