Rams Place Seven on NEFC All-Academic Team

Framingham, Mass. – The New England Football Conference honored 244 student-athletes including seven Rams on the 2010 NEFC All-Academic Team as released by the conference on Wednesday.    

Four seniors were named to the team led by the 2010 Bogan Division Co-Defensive Player of the Year Anthony Pappagallo (Communication Arts).  Joining Pappagallo from the senior class are placekicker Phil Cosmos (History), running back Dave Leach (Sociology) and defensive end Travis Wright (Communication Arts).

Linebacker Jorge Cruz (Undeclared) and wide receiver Dale Parsons (Sociology) were named from the junior class, while linebacker Patrick Morrissey (History) was the lone honoree from the sophomore class.

To be eligible for the NEFC All-Academic Team a student-athlete must have completed three semesters at the same institution with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better based on a 4.0 scale.
