Johnston Named MASCAC Baseball Rookie of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman infielder Robert Johnston (Watertown, Conn.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Baseball Rookie of the Week for the week ending March 8^th.         

Johnston opened his collegiate career batting .429 with a double, two RBI, three runs scored, a walk and a stolen base in a 1-1 week for the Rams.  Johnston went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in a 14-9 victory over Lasell College and added a hit, a walk and an RBI in a loss to Western New England.
