Winter Haven, Fla. – The Framingham State University baseball team split a doubleheader this afternoon at the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational against New England foe Bowdoin College. The Rams won game one 2-1 before falling in the night cap by a score of 3-0.
The Rams won the opener behind starting pitcher Matt DiCato (Winthrop, Mass.) who tossed the complete game improving his season mark to 2-0.
In game two, freshman Kevin Quin (Townsend, Mass.) tossed six strong innings, but picked up the loss.
