Men's Cross Country Races to 10th Place Finish at Suffolk Invite
Boston, Mass. – The Framingham State University men's cross country team raced to a 10th place finish at the 2019 Suffolk Invitational this afternoon at Franklin Park.
THE BASICS:

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- Freshman Miguel Torres (Milford, Mass.) once again led the way for the Rams. Torres crossed the line in 26th place completing the 8K course through the park in a time of 27:46.
- Sophomore Kevin Durant (Lynn, Mass.) followed in 38th for the Rams crossing the line in a time of 28:10.
- Frehman Jaydon Kinuthia (Leominster, Mass.) followed next for the Rams crossing the line 57th in a time of 28:54.
- Freshman Alexander Portanova (Walpole, Mass.) and classmate Cullen Lancaster (Mansfield, Mass.) finished in 65th and 66th crossing just three tenths of a second apart at 29:19.6 and 29:16.9.
- Freshman Manny Miranda (West Springfield, Mass.) and Miguel Carillo (Dorchester, Mass.) rounded out the top seven finishers for the Rams in time of 29:41 and 32:13.

The Rams are idle next weekend, but return to the course on November 2nd at the MASCAC Championship Meet hosted by Worcester State.
