Bio

Bailey enters his sixth season on the bench for the Rams after being hired as the head coach prior to the 2018-19 season. 

Framingham State University Director of Athletics Tom Kelley is pleased to announce the hiring of FSU alum Mike Bailey as the Rams new head ice hockey coach. 

Bailey spent the previous two season as an assistant with the Rams ice hockey program assisting with all aspects of the program including game planning and recruiting.  Prior to joining the Rams coaching staff, Bailey spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Bellingham High School.

Bailey attended Framingham State University and was a four year member of the ice hockey team. Bailey was a two time captain and during his four seasons, the Rams never experienced a losing season.  He graduated in 1996 with a degree in sociology and a minor in psychology.

Bailey is currently employed by the Massachusetts Department of Correction (MCI-Cedar Junction).  He resides in North Attleboro with his wife Mary and two daughters, Emma and Madison
