Wojenski and Ford Earn MASCAC Football Weekly Honors

Framingham, Mass. – Senior quarterback Adam Wojenski (Stratford, Conn.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Offensive Player of the Week and freshman running back Devaun Ford (Mashpee, Mass.) has been selected the MASCAC Special Teams Player of the Week for the week ending October 26th.

Wojenski earns his second player of the week honor this season after accounting for five touchdowns and 260 yards of offense in the Rams 39-14 win over previously unbeaten Western Connecticut State University.  Wojenski rushed for 84 yards on 16 carries with a one-yard touchdown run, while also completing 15-of-25 pass attempts for 176 yards with four touchdowns.

Ford, who has earned four MASCAC Rookie of the Week honors this season, earns his first special teams player of the week honor after returning a kickoff 88 yards for a touchdown in the Rams win over Western Connecticut.  Ford also rushed for 73 yards on 18 carries in the game.
