Women’s Cross Country Closes Season with Strong Showing at NCAA Regional

Gorham, ME – The Framingham State University women's cross country team closed the season this morning with a strong showing at the 2017 NCAA Division III New England Regional hosted by the University of Southern Maine.

The Rams top finisher was sophomore Beatrice Donoghue who closed in at 24:57 for the 5K course.  Senior Mikaela Ranahan followed at 25:27 and freshman Amena El-Sayed followed at 26:01.  The Rams had three racers follow all within 20 seconds of each other as Dana Arburr crossed at 27:19, Morgan Perry at 27:29 and Eri Takahashi at 27:36.
