Women’s Cross Country Finishes Fourth at Tri-State Invitational

Warwick, RI – The Framingham State University women's cross country team led by a sixth place finish from senior Taylor Roberts (North Brookfield, Mass.) placed fourth at the Tri-State Cross Country Invitational hosted by CCRI.

Roberts finished the 5K course in a time 20:41 to lead the Rams.  Following Roberts for the Rams were sophomore Beatrice Donoghue (Rowley, Mass.) at 21:53 and senior Mikaela Ranahan (North Andover, Mass.) at 22:08.

The Rams next four runners all finished within a minute of each other led by sophomore Dana Arburr (Glastonbury, Conn.) at 23:36, senior Morgan Perry (Pepperell, Mass.) at 23:50, freshman Eri Takahashi (Plymouth, Mass.) at 24:12 and sophomore Amena El-Sayed (Milton, Mass.) at 24:20.

The Rams are back on the course next Saturday at the James Earley Invitational hosted by Westfield State.
