Women’s Cross Country Races at Smith College Invitational

Northampton, Mass. – The Framingham State University women's cross country team placed ninth at the 2017 Smith College Cross Country Invitational this morning.

The Rams were led by senior Taylor Roberts who finished in 14th place completing the 5K course in a time of 20:45.  Sophomore Beatrice Donoghue and freshman Eri Takahashi followed at 23:10 and 23:38.  Freshman Amena El-Sayed crossed the line next for the Rams at 24:14, while Dana Arburr and Morgan Perry followed at 24:44 and 25:10.

Rounding out the field for the Rams were Tyler Mahoney (27:14), Siobhan Senier (29:11), Kate Girardi (30:04) and Meagan Kohlenberger (31:10).

The Rams are back in action next Saturday, September 16th at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with the women's race beginning at 11:15 a.m.
