Women’s Cross Country Finishes Fourth at Tri-State Invitational
Lincoln, R.I. – The Framingham State University women's cross team finished fourth at the 2016 Tri-State Cross Country Invitational hosted by CCRI on Saturday morning.
The Rams were led by freshman Beatrice Donoghue (Rowley, Mass.) who completed the 5K course in a time of 22:57. Closely behind in 24th place was junior Hannah Rogers (Dighton, Mass.) who finished in a time of 23:09. Just three places behind Rogers was senior Mikayla Ranahan (North Andover, Mass.) who crossed in 23:15.
Senior Jillian Preman (Wilbraham, Mass.) and freshman Dana Arburr (Glastonbury, Conn.) crossed the line just under two seconds apart at 24:38 and 24:40, while junior Morgan Perry (Pepperell, Mass.) followed at 25:18.
The Rams are back in action next Saturday the James Earley Invitational at Westfield State.
