Volleyball Cruises to 3-0 Victory over New England College

Henniker, N.H. - The Framingham State University volleyball team cruised to a straight set 3-0 victory over New England College on the road this evening in non-conference action at Bridges Gym.

-Scores:  Framingham State 3, NEC 0 (25-11, 25-18, 25-22) 

-Records: Framingham State (14-7), NEC (9-12) 

- Location: Bridges Gym Henniker, N.H.         

INSIDE THE NUMBERS 

  • The Rams cruised to their fourteen victory of the season by scores of 25-11, 25-18 and 25-22. 

  • Framingham was led on the attack by a team-best 16 kills from Hailey Sanders. Sanders connected on 16 of her 25 swings and did not commit an error for a .640 attack percentage.  

  • Anna Szymanski finished the match with eight kills on her 30 attempts and added three blocks, while Jamiee Lowe finished the night with seven kills and five digs with three blocks. 

  • Stella Bailey chipped in with 26 set assists and nine digs, while Carly Beaulieu finished the match with seven kills and an ace.

The Rams are back in action Saturday when they host a tri-match with Fitchburg State and the University of New England beginning at 1 p.m.
