Thomas Earns MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week Honors

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Brandee Thomas (North Kingstown, RI) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week for the week ending November 4^th.           

Thomas earns her ninth Rookie of the Week honor after averaging 13.5 kills, two digs and 1.5 blocks in a 1-1 week for the Rams during the MASCAC Tournament.  She recorded 21 kills with a .409 attack percentage in a quarterfinal victory over Bridgewater State. She closed the season with six kills in a 3-0 semifinal setback to top seed Worcester State.
