Thomas Earns Fourth Straight MASCAC Volleyball Rookie of the Week Honors

Framingham, Mass. – Freshman outside hitter Brandee Thomas (North Kingstown, RI) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week brought to you by Geico for the week ending September 23^rd.         

Thomas earns her fourth straight Rookie of the Week honor after averaging 10.7 kills and 2.3 digs with a .256 hitting percentage in a 2-1 week for the Rams.  Thomas tallied 11 kills with a .304 hitting percentage and four digs in a 3-0 MASCAC victory over Fitchburg State.  She added nine kills, three digs and a block in the Rams victory over Anna Maria.  Thomas closed the week with 12 kills in a 3-2 setback to Eastern Connecticut.
