North Dartmouth, Mass. - The Framingham State College volleyball team won two matches tonight at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational. The Rams won their first match 3-0 against Eastern Nazarene by scores of 25-12, 25-13 and 25-8.  They won the second match of the night against Salem State by the identical score of 3-0 and won each game by scores of 25-17, 25-12, and 25-21.

The Rams were led by junior Jessi Goode (Marston Mills, MA) and Ashley Trudeau (Rockland, MA).  Goode picked up 23 digs against Eastern Nazarene and 21 against Salem State, while Trudeau added 16 kills in the opening match and 12 kills in the late match.

Freshman Jackie Friel (Centerville, MA) added five kills and two blocks against Eastern Nazarene and seven kills and six block against the Vikings.  Junior hitter Lauren Kasischke (Methuen, MA) chipped in 12 kills and eight digs against Salem State.
