Bio

Ashley Means enters her fourth season on sideline for the Rams. Means is also in her third season as the head girl's lacrosse coach at Wayland High School after previously spending eight seasons at Natick High School in the same capacity. This past season at WHS, Means lead the team to a 17-3 record and the Dual County League Championship and another appearance in the Division 2 East Section Championship. While at Natick, she led the Redhawks to 4 post season births including the program's first ever Bay State League Herget Championship in 2014.

The graduate of Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, VT earned her bachelor’s degree in English Language Arts and was a four year member of the women’s ice hockey program. 

In addition to coaching, Means sits on various lacrosse leadership committees aligned with growing the sport. She serves on the MIAA Girls' Lacrosse Seedings Committee as well as the Eastern Massachusetts Girls' Lacrosse Coaches Association (EMGLCA) Post Season All-Star Committee. 

Coach Means currently coaches and is a co-founder of the Bay State Bullets girl's lacrosse club based out of Framingham and resides in Ashland with her husband Christopher.
