Pacheco and McMahon Earn MASCAC Women’s Lacrosse Weekly Honors
Framingham, Mass. – Sophomore midfielder Nicole Pacheco (Woburn, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week and freshman midfielder Hanna McMahon (Watertown, Mass.) has been named the MASCAC Rookie of the Week for the week ending April 8th.
Pacheco earns her first weekly honor of the season after tallying five goals, an assist, five ground balls and seven draw controls in a 2-0 week for the Rams. Pacheco netted five goals and an assist, including the game-winner with 36 seconds remaining in a 15-14 victory over Bridgewater State. Earlier in the week, Pacheco recorded three ground balls and three draw controls in an 18-5 victory over Smith College.
McMahon earns the first weekly honors of her young career after compiling five goals, four ground balls and two draw controls on the week. She tallied a pair of goals with three ground balls and two draw controls in the victory over Bridgewater State and added three goals in the Rams victory over Smith.
