Velozo Earns MASCAC Player of the Week Honors

Framingham, Mass.- Framingham State senior Emily Velozo (Tewksbury, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending November 24th.

Velozo had a career day on Saturday leading the Rams to an 89-67 win over Maine- Fort Kent. The senior led all scorers with career-best 33 points going a perfect 12-for-12 from the line and adding a 5-for-7 mark from long range.
