O'Day Named MASCAC Player of the Week

Framingham, Mass.- Junior guard Mary Kate O'Day (Berlin, Mass.) has been named the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending December 30th.

O'Day averaged 23 points, five rebounds, four assists, and two steals while shooting 40% (16-40) from the floor in a 2-0 week for the Rams. Posted back-to-back 20-plus point games, starting with a 24-point effort in a 65-53 win over Wellesley, while also grabbing six rebounds and handing out four assists. Later she contributed 22 points, four rebounds, four assists, and four steals to a 70-66 victory over Clark.
