O'Day Named MASCAC Player of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Framingham State sophomore guard Mary Kate O'Day (Berlin, Mass.) has been selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending January 28th.

O'Day averaged 28 points, 9.5 rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 2-0 week for the Rams. She scored a career-best 39 points, three shy of the FSU single-game record, including 27 in the first half on 14-of-25 shooting from the floor with six boards and three steals in the 88-78 win over Fitchburg State. She added a double-double of 17 points and 13 rebounds with six assists in the 87-77 overtime win over MCLA.
