O’Day Tabbed MASCAC Player of the Week

Framingham, Mass. – Framingham State sophomore guard Mary Kate O'Day (Berlin, Mass.) has been selected the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending January 14th.

O'Day averaged 21.5 points, shooting a perfect 15-of-15 from the free-throw line, with 6.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in a 2-0 week for the Rams.

The sophomore scored 25 points with three assists, two rebounds and a steal in the Rams 65-63 win over Worcester State. Registered a double-double with 18 points and 11 boards plus two assists and a steal, going 10-for-10 from the line in a 69-62 win over Salem State.
