Men's Cross Country Places Fourth 2023 MASCAC Championships
Devens, Mass. - The Framingham State University men's cross country team finished fourth at the 2023 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Cross Country Championship Meet this afternoon at Willard Park.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

The Rams claimed the fourth spot with 132 points finishing just ahead of fifth place Massachusetts Maritime who accumulated 135 points. The meet was won by Westfield State with Bridgewater State and Fitchburg State placing second and third.

The Rams top finisher in the meet was Patrick Walsh. Walsh placed fourth after completing the 8K course with a time of 27:48.59 which was just three seconds behind the third place finisher.

Logan Crow was the next Ram to cross the line as he finished in 29th place with a time of 31:17.

Parker Winters and Bruno Barbosa followed for the Rams at 32:40 and 33:50 respectively.

Ayden Giombetti (37:09) and Will Jokic (51:06) rounded out the top six finishers for the Rams.

The Rams are off next week before they return to action on November 11that the NCAA Regional Meet.
